We are your local general contractor specializing in custom home design and construction with an emphasis on Green Building and sustainability.
SM Built, LLC was created when owner Patrick San Marco decided to swap focus from large commercial and multifamily residential construction management to custom home building. This change was largely due to the desire to work with clients who are as passionate about their build as Patrick is about building it. With over a decade of experience in construction management in Southwest Colorado and the Four Corners Region on projects ranging from $1 – $50 million dollars, Patrick excels at delivering projects on time and within budget.
While attending the University of Texas in San Antonio for Construction Science and Management, Patrick fell in love with Building Science and Green Building. Green building practices promote healthier living now as well as a more sustainable way of life for many generations to come. SM Built will always do our part to ensure Durango stays beautiful and green!
