Hi, I’m Jon Burden, a Realtor helping clients find homes across Durango, Colorado, and New Mexico.

Before real estate, I served in the U.S. Navy’s Search and Rescue and SEAL training pipeline, where I developed the discipline, focus, and drive I now bring to serving clients.

Today, I run the YouTube channel “Living in Durango, Colorado,” which has become one of the top resources for people researching life and real estate in Southwest Colorado. With 80+ in-depth videos covering neighborhoods, lifestyle, and the market, it attracts a steady stream of relocation and luxury buyers from across the country who find and trust our brand before they ever visit.

Outside of real estate, I’m a husband, father of two boys, and an outdoorsman — often running, hunting, fly fishing, mountain biking, or training in my home gym. My family and I are active in our local church and love helping others discover why Durango is such a special place to call home.
